Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 29, 2026

Renvi Health (“Renvi,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the rights you have under U.S. federal and state law.

Information we collect

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide and information collected automatically when you interact with our website, marketing materials, or seminars.

  • Information you provide: name, postal address, email address, phone number, age range, RSVP details, communication preferences, and any other information you choose to share when you contact us, register for a seminar, or request a private consultation.
  • Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time on site, and similar usage information collected via cookies and similar technologies (subject to your cookie preferences — see “Cookies” below).
  • Information from third parties: name and address information obtained from licensed direct-mail data vendors for the purpose of sending educational seminar invitations, and information you authorize a third party (such as a financing partner) to share with us.

Renvi Health is not a Covered Entity under HIPAA. Renvi Health does not collect or process Protected Health Information (PHI) except in its capacity as a Business Associate of a clinical Covered Entity, and then only as set forth in our HIPAA section in our Privacy Policy.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiries and confirm seminar reservations
  • To send you educational and informational communications you have requested or for which you have a legitimate-interest expectation
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, audit, and recordkeeping obligations
  • To detect, prevent, and address security or technical issues, fraud, and unlawful activity

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as described below and only with parties contractually bound to protect it:

  • Independently licensed healthcare providers who deliver clinical care, when you have requested a consultation. Such providers are the Covered Entity for purposes of any clinical record they create.
  • Service providers that support our operations (web hosting, email delivery, form processing, analytics, customer-relationship management, accounting). Each is contractually obligated to use the information only on our behalf and consistent with this policy.
  • Direct-mail and marketing vendors that produce, fulfill, and deliver seminar invitations on our behalf.
  • Compliance, legal, regulatory, and judicial authorities when required by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we determine in good faith disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction. The successor will be bound to honor commitments made under this Policy.

Mobile Information and Text Messaging (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our services — such as messaging platforms or customer-service providers — is limited to providing those services. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or HELP for help).

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance, and (where you consent) provide marketing analytics. You may manage cookie preferences via the consent banner on this site or your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how the site functions. We honor “Global Privacy Control” (GPC) signals where applicable.

Marketing and opt-out

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time:

  • Email: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email optout@renvihealth.com
  • SMS / text: reply STOP to any text message we send
  • Direct mail: contact us at the postal address on our Contact page or email optout@renvihealth.com
  • Phone: request opt-out during any call

Consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) as updated by the Federal Communications Commission in 2025, your revocation of consent is effective as soon as reasonably practicable and in no case later than ten (10) business days from the date received.

Health information

Renvi Health is a management services organization and is not a Covered Entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). Clinical care, if any, is provided by independently licensed healthcare providers who are the Covered Entities for purposes of any Protected Health Information they create. Each provider provides their own Notice of Privacy Practices before any clinical encounter.

Renvi Health may operate as a Business Associate under written agreement with a Covered Entity. In that capacity, Renvi maintains administrative, physical, and technical safeguards consistent with the HIPAA Security Rule (45 CFR Part 164, Subpart C), including encryption at rest using AES-256 (or comparable industry-standard cipher), encryption in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher, role-based access controls, audit logging, and workforce training. If Renvi becomes aware of a breach of unsecured PHI for which it acts as a Business Associate, Renvi will notify the affected Covered Entity in accordance with the HIPAA Breach Notification Rule and the timelines set in the applicable Business Associate Agreement.

Renvi Health does not use PHI for marketing purposes. Marketing communications are sent only to addresses obtained through publicly available sources, third-party direct-mail vendors, or persons who have voluntarily provided their contact information.
