What an Educator does at Renvi Health
Renvi Health Educators are independent contractors who organize and host complimentary educational dinners in their local markets. The role is to deliver a Renvi-Health-approved educational presentation about tissue allograft science, answer attendee questions within the scope of the approved presentation, and connect attendees who’d like a private consultation to an independently licensed healthcare provider. Educators do not provide medical advice, do not make clinical recommendations, and do not perform any clinical service.
What we look for
- Strong public-speaking and educational presentation skills
- Comfort with regulatory-compliant communication—Renvi Health Educators deliver an approved script and adhere to a written compliance manual
- Local market knowledge and the ability to source restaurants and venues
- Background in healthcare, regenerative wellness, sales, marketing, or community education
- An interest in raising the quality of conversation in this field, not in pushing a sales pitch
Compensation structure
Renvi Health Educators are independent contractors compensated on a transparent commission basis tied to event execution and attendee referrals to licensed providers. Specific compensation terms are documented in the Educator Independent Contractor Agreement. Compensation is structured to comply with the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, state patient-brokering laws, and applicable fair-market-value standards.
Compliance is non-optional
Every Renvi Health Educator completes a written compliance training program before delivering any educational dinner solo. Educators must adhere to the Renvi Health FDA Communication Compliance Manual at every event. Conduct that crosses the regulatory line—including making outcome claims, naming products as treatments for specific diseases, or pressuring attendees to make same-day decisions—results in immediate termination of the Independent Contractor Agreement.
